Description of key information

In this study PCBTF did not degrade during the experiment and this suggests that PCBTF is not photolable in water. The results of the exposed samples were identical to the dark controls.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Half-life in water:
1 000 d

Additional information

A default worst case value of 1000 days for the half-life in water is considered for the CSR, since PCBTF is considered not photolabile in water when exposed to sunlight.
