Executive summary:

The experimental value of the melting point as determined by the capillary method for solvent violet 43 was estimated to be 367°C at atmospheric pressure of 960 hPa and room temperature of 35oC. This value of melting point when converted at 101 325 Pa worked out to be 387.35 °C.
