Oxidising properties:

Additional information

On the basis of the chemical structure the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The oxidising properties of test substance were screened based on a set of criteria as outline in the section R.7.1.13 of Guidance chapter R.7a of REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006

- The substance is an organic chemical which does not contain halogen atoms.

- The contained one oxygen atom is chemically bonded only to carbon.

It can be concluded that the substance is not to be considered having potential oxidising properties. Thus it is not to be classified as an oxidising material.
