Description of key information

The hydrolysis study does not need to be conducted because the substance is highly insoluble in water

Additional information

According to Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 Annex VIII 9.2.2.1 column 2 a study on hydrolysis does not need to be conducted if the substance is highly insoluble in water. Since the water solubility of the test substance was determined to be <10 µg/L, an experimental investigation of its hydrolytic properties was not considered necessary.
