According to the REACH Chapter R7A "Enpoint specific guidance" a study on the vapour pressure is not required for Boron Trifluoride as it has a standard boiling point below 30 °C (the boiling point of BF3 is reported to be -101° C). Available data in a peer reviewed handbook indicate a vapour pressure of 4874 kPa at 260K.
