Additional information

The study by Hoechst Marion Roussel (1994) is a 96 hour semi-static ecotoxicity study using the freshwater species Brachydanio rerio. It is GLP compliant and follows the guidelines OECD 203 and 92/69/EWC Annex C. The study does deviate from the guidelines as only 3 concentrations were tested rather than 5, however this was justified in the study report. 7 fish were tested per concentration and 3-methoxybutyl acetate concentrations were determined analytically. The study is considered reliable and suitable for use for this endpoint.
