First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Move individual to fresh air. Seek immediate medical
attention if breathing difficulties occur.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 min,
followed by isotonic saline solution.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and clean before re-use. Wash
all exposed areas of skin with plenty of soap and water for
at least 15 min.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Use water, carbon dioxide or dry powder/foam.

Product arising from burning: Substance is conbustable and will burn in the presence of a
fire, evolving noxious fumes (predominately carbon, nitrogen
and sulfur oxides).

self-contained breathing apparatus.

Emergency measures in case of spillage: In the event of spillage, the affected area should be washed
with water. Washings should not normally be released to the
sewage system or the aqueous environment.

Handling: An approved dust mask, chemical resistant body covering and
gloves should be worn to minimise skin contact. Eye
protection should also be worn.

Storage: Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry, well
ventillated area. Keep containers upright.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The substance will be packaged in non-crushable polythene
containers (up to 10 kg capacity).
