Handling and storage
Handling: Neoflon ETFE ist unter Normalbedingungen inert und sicher
zu handhaben. Während des Formungsprozesses können bei
erhöhten Temperaturen (> 200 °C) durch die Zersetzung der
Substanz giftige und korrosive Gase/Dämpfe gebildet werden.
Daher ist es notwendig während des Extrusions- oder anderen
Formgebungsprozessen für eine gute und ausreichende
Entlüftung bzw. örtliche Absaugung zu sorgen.
Einatment der Zersetzungsprodukte vermeiden; ggf. ist ein
geeigneter Augen-/Atemschutz zu tragen. Bei der Arbeit
nicht rauchen.

The substance is inert under normal conditions and could be
handled safely. During the moulding process at high
temperatures (> 200 °C) toxic and corrosive gases / vapours
may formate by decomposition of the substance. Therefore
ensure a sufficient and good ventilation or local
exhaustion during extrusion or moulding processes.
Avoid inhalation of the decomposition products; if necessary
wear suitable eye-/respiration protection. Do not smoke
during work.
Storage: Behälter dicht geschlossen halten und gegen Herabfallen
sichern. Produktreste auf/an den Gebinden vermeiden.
