Description of key information

With high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In the key study, an OECD 202 Acute Immobilization Test with Daphnia magna, performed by ASTA Medica AG (1998), no immobilization was detected until the highest test concentration of 100 mg/L (nominal). The test item concentration was analytically verified and the test was conducted under GLP. Therefore, the substance is with high probalility acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates since the 48 -h EC50 > 100 mg/L.
