Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: product is flammable but not explosive: please don't expose
to flame

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: product is always present is small quantities in
photoresist. Those preparations are not widdely used due to
the special technological needs required for its application

The photoresist (and the products obtained after irradiation
and development) are all collected in adapted containers for
sending them to adequate disposal facilities
