monoxide and carbon dioxide.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Self-contained breathing apparatus must be worn for fire
fighting.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: In the event of a large spillage wear an air suit, rubber
gloves and rubber boots and carefully collect up the solid
and transfer to a sealed container. Wipe up any powder left
with a damp cloth and place in a container for disposal.

Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Spilled material should be recovered and disposed of by
incineration.

Since the substance is a pharmaceutical intermediate, it is
completely converted during the production process of the
final drug, and hence there is nothing to recover.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: It is not possible to neutralise the substance.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: None.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incineration is the preferred method of destruction.
Suitable abatement measures for oxides of sulphur and oxides
of carbon should be in place for incineration gases.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: None.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: None.

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Not applicable as the substance will not enter the public
domain.
