Description of key information

The registered substance is not readily biodegradable (1% biodegradation after 28 days in the OECD 301F key study, 4% biodegradation after 60 days). Thus, in the absence of other studies, the registered substance can be considered potentially Persistent (P) or very Persistent (vP) in the environment. In addition, with a log Kow value at 5.0, the registered substance is considered to be bioaccumulative according to CLP (> 4.0) and potentially B/vB according to the PBT criteria (> 4.5).
