Acute oral toxicity

According to the EU Regulation No. 1272/2008 on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) the substance should not be classified as acute toxic because the median lethal dose of the test substance, after a single oral administration to female rats, observed over a period of 14 days, is: LD50cut-off (rat) > 2000 mg/ kg bw which is above the cut-off for classification, > 2000 mg/kg bw (Table 3.1.1).
