Endpoint:
dissociation constant
Data waiving:
study technically not feasible
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the substance is insoluble
Justification for type of information:
In accordance with column 2 of REACH regulation Annex IX, testing (required in section 7.16) is not needed because the test item is inorganic and considered to be poorly soluble.

No determination of the dissociation constant was possible according to Method 112 of the OECD Guidelines as the test material was determined to be poorly soluble in water. An assessment based on its chemical formula indicated that the test material does not contain any modes of dissociation.

Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH regulation Annex IX, testing (required in section 7.16) is not needed because the test item is inorganic and considered to be poorly soluble.

No determination of the dissociation constant was possible according to Method 112 of the OECD Guidelines as the test material was determined to be poorly soluble in water. An assessment based on its chemical formula indicated that the test material does not contain any modes of dissociation.
