JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
Statement as presented in the study report (see Attached justification) was based on the molecular structure of the substance.

In accordance with UN ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.6 (RTDG- Manual of Tests and Criteria) Appendix 6-Screening procedures/Section 5.3 for substances which in contact with water may react to emit flammable gases, no further data are required. The classification procedure for substances which may react with water to emit flammable gases does not need to be applied.

In the water solubility study there was no mentioning of any release of flammable gas.
