The 96 hour LL50 of MTDID 18990 to Pimephales promelas was
determined according to OECD 203 guidelines. Nominal concentrations of
0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 mg/L (prepared as Water Accommodated
Fraction), a laboratory control, and a WAF control were run using 7
animals per tank, with one replicate per concentration. An LL50 of 2.16
mg/L (measured concentration) was determined.
The study was well-documented, followed an international standard
method, but was not GLP compliant and had no analytical
monitoring of test substance. The study is considered reliable
with restrictions. The results from this study are considered suitable
for Risk Assessment, Classification and Labeling, and PBT Analysis.
