All animals survived to study termination. There were no test article-related clinical observations. Body weights were unaffected by test article administration.No cardiac sensitization observed in any animals

Conclusions:
Cardiac sensitization was to epinephrine was not observed in dogs exposed by inhalation to HFO-1234ze up to to a level of 120,000 ppm (highest dose tested)
