All animals survived to study termination. There were no test article-related clinical observations. Body weights were unaffected by test article administration.No cardiac sensitization observed in any animals

Cardiac sensitisation was to epinephrine was not observed in dogs exposed by inhalation to HFO-1234ze up to to a level of 120000 ppm (highest dose tested)
