Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
According to UN Manual of Tests and Criteria: Test O.1, CR SB3A is not considered as an oxidizing substance. Therefore, CR SB3A was not met GHS criteria.
Executive summary:

This test using the procedures outlined in the ZCTC Study Plan for PCF2020-010-03 and UN Manual of Tests and Criteria: Test O.1. Both of Tested-mixture I and Tested-mixture II did not be ignited and burned. Base on the above results, CR SB3A was confirmed a non-oxidizing solid.

Description of key information

CR SB3A is not considered as an oxidizing substance (UN Manual of Tests and Criteria: Test O.1).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
non oxidising

Additional information

Both of Tested-mixture I (CR SB3A : Fibrous cellulose = 1 : 1) and Tested-mixture II (CR SB3A : Fibrous cellulose = 4 : 1) did not be ignited and burned. Base on the above results, CR SB3A was confirmed a non-oxidizing solid.
