Description of key information

There are two in vitro bacterial studies on DDPP, both negative, and several new in vitro mammalian cell studies on related phosphites, both alkyl and aryl phosphites. All of these studies are consistently negative for in vitro genetic toxicity. This is further confirmed by negative in vivo data.
