- Principle of test:
A sample of the tested substance was dissolved in the dilution water at a concentration of 0.1 g/L. The total volume for one dilution is 1000 ml for preliminary as well as for full test. There were used 7 dilution of the test substance.

- Short description of test conditions:
The dilution water should have a pH of 7.8 and is saturated with oxygen at a temperature 20 – 24°C.
Test duration 96 hours, the temperature of the solutions 22.0 ± 1.0 °C.
