Genetic toxicity in vitro

Description of key information

There are several in vitro genetic toxicty studies of DPDP in bacterial cells. The results from all were negative for genetic toxicity. There are also new in vitro bacterial and mammalian cell studies on triphenyl phosphite (TPP). Both studies were negative for genetic toxicity.

Endpoint conclusion
Endpoint conclusion:
no adverse effect observed (negative)

Genetic toxicity in vivo

Description of key information

There is an in vivo genetic toxicty studiy of DPDP in mice. The results were negative for genetic toxicity.

Endpoint conclusion
Endpoint conclusion:
no adverse effect observed (negative)

Additional information
