Incubation duration:

Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
6.1
Remarks on result:
other: Concentration in water at 72h.

The preliminary estimate of the water solubility at room temperature was 25.9 g/L. The solution had a pH of 6.1.

The main test results are as follows:

Stirring time [hours] Analysed concentration [g/L]  pH
 24  26.0  6.1
 48  25.9  6.1
 72  25.7  6.1
 Mean average (24 -72h)  25.9  6.1

For all solutions, the measured pH was 6.1. No test item was detected in the pretreated sample from the blank water mixture. No pH measurement was performed on the blank water mixture.

The average water solubility observed over the readings taken between 24 and 72h was found to be 25.9 mg/L.

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results: sparingly soluble (10-33 g/L)
The substance water solubility was determined to be 25.9 g/L of solution at 20.0 °C and pH 6.1.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined using the flask method according to EU Method A.6, OECD Method 105 and EPA OPPTS 830.7840 under GLP. In the definitive test, mixtures of test item and double-distilled water were added to three separate vessels. The mass of test item was measured, and a volume of water was added. The flasks were equilibrated at 20°C with agitation. The solutions were centrifuged and then analysed via UPLC. The pH of each solution was also measured. The water solubility of the test item was determined to be 25.9 g/L of solution at 20.0 °C and pH 6.1.
