Description of key information

Valid acute studies based on international guidelines are available for the two required aquatic trophic levels (aquatic invertebrates and algae).

Among data available, toxic effect were observed for the two aquatic trophic levels.

The aquatic invertebrates Daphnia magna is the most sensitive species with a 48h-ErL50 at 0.612 mg/L based on nominal loading rates. For the algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, the 72h-ErL50 and 72h-ErL10 were determined at 6.337 mg/L and 3.341 mg/L, respectively, based on nominal loading rates.
