Any other information on results incl. tables

Actinol could not be ignited with a flame during a contact time of about 2 minutes. In contact with the ignition source, Actinol melted immediately. No soot or smoke was oberved. A clear melt resulted which turned its colour to white after cooling down.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
In conclusion, Actionol is not "highly flammable" according to the criteria of the guideline.
Executive summary:

The determination of the flammability of the test substance Actinol was performed in accordance with the EEC Directive 92/69, Part A.10, 1992.

Actinol could not be ignited with a flame during a pretest (contact time of about 2 minutes). In contact with the ignition source, Actinol melted immediately. No soot or smoke was observed. A clear melt resulted which turned its colour to white after cooling down. No main test was performed.

In conclusion, Actinol is not "highly flammable" according to the criterai of the guideline.
