Description of key information

- Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: (Daphnia magna): 48h-EC50 is 0.25 mg/L (reference 6.1.3-1)

- Toxicity to algae: (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata): 72-h ErC50 is 2.54 mg/L and the 72-h ErC10 is 0.52 mg/L (reference 6.1.5-1)

The result of the supporting evaluation with QSAR can be seen below:

Short-term (acute) aquatic toxicity
Algae was the most sensitive species in short-term toxicity tests (QSAR calculations) with an EC50 value of 1.531 mg/L.

Long-term (chronic) toxicity
The toxicity of the test substance on algae was calculated using QSAR (ECOSAR). The 96 -h NOEC based on growth rates was determined to be 0.691 mg/L.
