- Most important symptoms and effects: None reasonably foreseeable. May cause allergy or asthma symphtoms or breathing problems if inhaled. May cause allergic skin reaction. Causes burns by all exposure routes.

Fire-fighting measures

- Suitable extinguishing media: CO2, dry chemical, dry sand, alcohol-resistant foam.
- Unsuitable extinguishing media: No info available.
- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: The substance causes burns of eyes, skin and mucous membranes
- Advice for fire fighter: Use personal protective equipment. Wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH and full protective gear. Thermal decomposition can lead to release of irritating gases and vapors.

Accidental release measures

- Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.
- Protective equipment and emergency procedures: Use personal protective equipment.
- Environmental precautions: Should not be released into the environment. Do not allow material to contaminate ground water system.
- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Sweep up or vacuum up spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal. Avoid dust formation.

Handling and storage

- Precautions for safe handling: Wear personal protective equipment. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Use only under a chemical fume hood. Do not breathe dust. Do not ingest.
