Value:
500
Remarks on result:
negative (not further specified)

Thermalstability

Two DSC measurements in closed glass crucibles showed an endothermal effect in the temperature range of 295 - 310°C. No further endothermal or exothermal effects were observed up to the

maximum temperature of the measurement of 500 °C.

Table l: Thermal stability (DSC measurements)

Ident-No weight / mg Final temperature / °C Temperature range /°C Type of effect Energy / J/g
38725 11.89 500 295-310 endothermal not relevant
38726 11.91 500 295-310 endothermal not relevant

Explosive properties

The heat of decomposition in the DCS measurments was below 500 J/g. Therefore, the main test on explosive properties was not necessary.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The test item is not an explosive.
Executive summary:

The test item had no explosive properties in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 44012008, Method 4. 14.

Description of key information

The test item is not an explosive.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Explosiveness:
non explosive
