Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The data from the reverse mutation assay (Ames) indicate that 3,9-dibenzyl-2,4,8,10-tetraoxa-3,9-diphosphaspiro[5.5]undecane 3,9-dioxide has no potential for mutagenic activity under the conditions of the assay when tested both with and without metabolic activation.
The number of revertant colonies induced by the sample with and without S9 mix did not exceed 2 times of those in the solvent control group.
