Details on results:
Results were shown in Table 1, 2 and Figure 1. Under the conditions of this test, the partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) of test substance was determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. The results showed that the linear regression equation was: logPow =3.09 logk' +2.48, R2=0.985. The log Pow value of the test substance was 6.3.

Conclusions:
