Description of key information
Small Vinyl Ester is a slightly water soluble, highly viscous prepolymer, which is placed on the market as an approximately 50% solution in a reactive diluent for industrial and professional use only. Small Vinyl Ester is unlikely to reach soil, thus direct and indirect exposure of terrestrial plants is unlikely. See Sections 9 and 10 of the CSA for further details.

This study is waived in accordance with Annex X, section 9.4, column 2 of the REACH regulation. An exposure assessment covering all relevant exposures throughout the life cycle of the substance demonstrates that direct or indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely in all scenarios of the manufacture and all identified uses as referred to in Annex VI section 3.5
