Description of key information

This study is waived in accordance with Annex IX, section 9.1, column 2 of the REACH regulation. An exposure assessment covering all relevant exposures throughout the life cycle of the substance demonstrates that direct or indirect exposure of water is unlikely in all scenarios of the manufacture and all identified uses as referred to in Annex VI section 3.5. See Section 9 and 10 of the CSR for details.
The analogue Modified Small Vinyl Ester induce only low toxicity in Daphnia in short-term toxicity tests (read-across). Additionally, Small Vinyl Ester showed no toxicity to other aquatic organisms like aquatic algae and activated sludge.
