Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusion on CLP

Based on the listed data above the substance is not readily biodegradable. Acute toxicity data for two trophic levels resulted in the lowest EC50 of 18.98 mg/L for aquatic invertebrates. Chronic toxicity data are available only for algae with an EC10 (72 h) of 7.41 mg/L. Aquatic invertebrates were however found to be the most sensitive species in acute toxicity studies and no chronic data are available for this trophic level. Therefore, the substance is not classified for acute toxicity hazard and is classified as aquatic Chronic 3 according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and further amendments (ATPs).
