Executive summary:

Water solubility of FAT 11127/E TE was assessed according to the flask method as specified in OECD test guideline 105.  In the experiment, three flasks were prepared with about 2300 mg test item and 4.3 ml water. The batches were incubated for 24, 48 & 72 hours respectively and compared with blank using UV VIS. Based on the findings of the study, the water solubility (cs) of the test item at a temperature of 20 °C was determined to be 0.255 g/l.
