A particle size mono-modal distribution with X50 (Dv50) of 24.5 microns was obtained.
Executive summary:

The particle size of a sample of Escherichia Coli dehalogenase catalyst was determined by laser diffraction. X10, X50 and X90 values of 10µm, 24µm and 57µm respectively were obtained with a mono-modal distribution with X50 (Dv50) of 24.5 µm.
