Conclusions:
The study was performed equivalent to OECD 102 with DSC measurement on the substance to be registered itself, the test procedure is well documented and therefore reliability of Klimisch 2 has been assigned. Heating of the test item up to 300°C showed except the transition during melting a flat line, showing that no boiling or decomposition was present at a temperature of up to 300°C.
Executive summary:

The study was performed equivalent to OECD 102 with DSC measurement. No boiling or decomposition was present at a temperature of up to 300°C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Remarks:
EU implementation
Conclusions:
The study was performed according to DIN EN ISO 2719 with the Pensky-Martens closed cup method on the substance to be registered itself, the test procedure is sufficiently documented and therefore reliability of Klimisch 2 has been assigned. The flash point was determined to be 201.5°C at 101.3 kPa. Hence, it does not need to be regarded as flammable liquid according to Regulation 1272/2008, as it defines flammable liquid as a liquid having a flash point of not more than 60°C.
Executive summary:

The flash point was determined according to DIN EN ISO 2719 with the Pensky-Martens closed cup method to be 201.5°C at 101.3 kPa. The substance is not a flammable liquid according to Regulation 1272/2008.
