Since the log Kow is < -5.1 adsorption/desorption is not expected.

There is no study available on adsorption/desorption with the substance N-(2-(4-amino-N-ethyl-m-toluidino)ethyl)methanesulphonamide sesquisulphate (CAS 25646-71 -3). In accordance with column 2 of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 Annex VIII the testing is not required since the substance can be expected to have a low potential for adsorption based on a low log Kow.
Since the Koc value is necessary for EPM calculation the Koc was estimated by (Q)SAR, using EpiSuite (KOCWIN v2.00 model) based on the Molecular Connectivity Index (MCI) and the log Kow method. Of the two available estimates for Koc, the lower one was selected as worst case. The estimated Koc value is 0.01436 L/kg estimated from Log Kow.
