Reference substance:
Fatty acids, rape-oil, hydrogenated, reaction products with diethylenetriamine, di-Me sulfate-quaternized (legal entity composition)
PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Based on the overall data on biotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity, 'di-C18-22 AAEMIM-MS', is fulfilling the criteria for 'P' or 'vP' and not ‘B’ and 'T', therefore does not fulfil the PBT or vPvB criteria as set out in the REACH Technical Guidance Document Chapter R11 as well as Annex XIII to the REACH Regulation. In addition, the potential hydrolysis products of the test substance generated from OECD Toolbox hydrolysis simulator did not reveal any PBT concerns.

Likely routes of exposure:

Dermal and inhalation
