Key result
Water solubility:
2.79 g/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
4.4

The preliminary estimate of the water solubility at 20.0 ±0.5 °C was 2.04 g/L. The solution had a pH of 5.6.

Following the preliminary results, the shake flask method was used in the definitive test to determine the water solubility of the test item.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item has been determined to be 2.79 g/L of solution at 20.0 ±0.5 °C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined using the flask method designed to be compatible with EC Method A.6 and OECD Method 105. Preliminary results showed that the the test item would dissolve to at least 1 g/L. Definitive test results showed that the water solubility of the test item was 2.79 g/L of solution at 20.0 ±0.5 °C.
