JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In accordance with section 1 of REACH Annex XI, the study does not need to be conducted as the substance is an inorganic UVCB with proportions of organic material. The testing of the inorganoc material is scientifically unjustified. For Amylopectin and d-Lactose the expected value is below the detection limit (estimated values are below -5), therefore testing is also scientifically unjustified.
