Conclusions:
According to UN, Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria, CR SB07 does not belong to “Explosive substance”.
Executive summary:

This test using the procedures outlined in the ZCTC Study Plan for PCF2017-002-6, ASTM E 537-07 and "APPENDIX 6 – SCEEENING PROCEDURES" in "UN, Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.6)". There was no evident exothermic effect when the sample was tested by DSC during the testing temperature range (50-500°C). Therefore, CR SB07 does not belong to “Explosive substance”.

Description of key information

CR SB07 does not belong to "Explosive substance" (UN, Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Explosiveness:
non explosive

Additional information

There was no evident exothermic effect when the sample was tested by DSC during the testing temperature range (50-500°C). Therefore, CR SB07 does not belong to "Explosive substance".
