PARAMETERS ASSESSED DURING STUDY:
- Test substance caused early deaths but no malformation and no late death.
- The number of early deaths increased with the concentration range:
. 0 % at 0.13 µmol/egg,
. almost 50 % at 0.25 µmol/egg,
. almost 75 % at 0.50 µmol/egg
. and around 100 % at 0.75 and 1.0 µmol/egg.

CALCULATED PARAMETERS:
ED50, total effect
= LD50, total mortality
= LD50, dead not malformed
= LD50 early deaths
= 0.28 µmol/egg (with 95 % confidence limits: 0.24-0.34 µmol/egg)

=> Strong embryotoxic (embryolethal)
