System suitability: System suitability meets the acceptance criterion as the % RSD obtained was 0.53% to 2.46% which is less than 5.0%.
Specificity: Specificity meets the acceptance criterion for the test substance as the interference obtained for diluent was 2.57% and diluent fortified with water was 7.14% which is < 30% of the standard response at LOQ.
Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantification (LOQ): The LOD was determined at 0.80 mg/L and LOQ was determined at 4.00 mg/L
Linearity: Linearity meets the acceptance criterion as the correlation coefficient obtained was 0.9956 to 0.9996 which is > 0.99.

Preliminary Test: Preliminary result indicated that the test item had a solubility of more than 10-2 g/L in milli-Q water.
Definitive Test: The solubility of the test substance in Milli-Q water was determined to be 138.14 mg/L for 24 hours, 114.15 mg/L for 48 hours and 117.06 mg/L for 72 hours at 20°C. Note: The concentration obtained at 20°C for 24 hours was above the linearity range so the result was not considered and subsequently the % RSD was calculated only for the 48 and 72 hours samples. The mean solubility was found to be 115.61 mg/L at 20°C with 1.78% RSD by the Shake flask method.
