Remarks:
Low molecular weight component

The high molecular weight component gave results that were near the limit of quantification (0.00027 µg/mL). At pH 5 it was 0.000048 µg/mL, at pH 7 it was 0.000075 µg/mL and at pH 9 it was 0.00009 µg/mL (mean of the last five results). An attempt to validate at these levels was considered unfeasible as the expected concentrations would be at the limit of detection. Therefore it should be considered that the aqueous solubility at each pH was <0.00027 µg/mL.

Conclusions:
The aqueous solubility of the test item at each pH has been determined to be <0.00027 µg/mL at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

In a study performed to the standardised guideline OECD 105, under GLP conditions, the aqueous solubility of the test item at each pH has been determined to be <0.00027 µg/mL at 20 °C, Smithers Viscient (ESG) Ltd. (2018).
