- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION A primary stock concentrate of the substance with a nominal concentration of 500 g/L, was prepared by weighing a nominal 5 g of test substance and making up to 10 mL with the solvent tetrahydrofuran (THF) in a volumetric flask. The resultant stock was observed to be a clear and colourless solution and was used to prepare the test solutions. THF concentration in controls and exposure solutions was 0.1 mg/L.
