Conclusions:
After an exposure of 72 h, the test item was found to inhibit the growth of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata. The reported EC50-values (based on measured concentrations, geom. mean) are 1.56 mg/L for growth rate inhibition and 0.981 mg/L when yield inhibition was studied. The 72-hour EC10-values (based on measured concentrations, geom. mean) for inhibition of growth rate and yield were 0.841 and 0.636 mg/L, respectively.
