Description of key information

The adsorption coefficient (Koc) of TS-ED 532 was estimated to 236178, corresponding to log Koc=5.4.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Koc at 20 °C:
236 178

Additional information

The adsorption coefficient (KOC) for TS-ED 532 was determined using HPLC method with UV/VIS detector, reversed phase column and a aqueous mobile phase. The chromatogram of TS-ED 532 showed one main peak with a well-defined and reproducible retention time. Based on the chromatographic data, TS-ED 532 was considered to be stable during the test procedure. The log Koc was calculated using a regression curve (log k´ vs log Koc) and was found to 5.4, equal to a Koc value of 236178.
