Additional information

TS-ED 532 is higfhly insoluble in water, approximately 0.07 mg/L. The rate of hydrolysis is limited by the low water solubility. Therefore, it can be assumed that the rate of hydrolysis in the environment will be very slow. The possible hydrolysis products are glycerol, acetic acid and its constituent acids 12 -acetoxystearic acid and 12 hydroxystearic acid, none of which are suspected to have environmental effects.
