- Method: Test solutions were prepared according to OECD 23. Aqueous solutions were saturated with the test item by gentle magnetic stirring for 68 h (30 - 60 rpm), followed by 4 h of phase separation. Each aqueous phase, containing the soluble substance (Water Accommodated Fraction) was used for the test.
