Description of key information

ErC50 (96 h) = 9.5 mg/L for Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata (OECD 201, full test)

NOErC (96 h) = 0.8 mg/L for Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata (OECD 201, full test)

9.5 mg/L
EC10 or NOEC for freshwater algae:
0.8 mg/L

Additional information

One publication is available by Yamamoto et al. (2007a) on the short-term toxicity towards aquatic algae. The study was conducted according to OECD 201 guideline but not reported in as much detail as current reports according to GLP standards. Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata were exposed for 96 h in a full test. An ErC50 (96 h) of 9.5 mg/L and a NOErC (96 h) of 0.8 mg/L were determined.
