maximum concnetration not casugin effects in the preliminary test: 10%.

No animals showed irritation during induction, even though the erythema observation was not possible due to orange discolouration of the skin.

No evidence of sensitisation on the surviving animals. Two animals were found dead at day 15th without any relation to the tested substance exposure.

Duirng the preliminary test for dose range finding, light erythema was observed at 15, 25 and 50%. The dose of 10% was therefore chosen for the main experiment
